ev3 wanted to promote an event at the Carotid Stenting Innovations (CSI) symposium. The company needed a creative campaign to drive visitors to its booth and raise awareness of ev3’s products and services.
Crafting and Telling the Story:
Sight developed an engaging multi-functional campaign that not only leveraged the CSI acronym, but clearly associated it with ev3’s unique offering. A promotional and informational video created in the “CSI: Miami” style was displayed on a plasma screen at the International Symposium on Endovascular Therapy. Other story elements included direct mail (featuring a simulated “dossier” look); a hotel door-drop that included “evidence” of ev3 products’ quality and effectiveness; posters and an email campaign.
The Story’s Impact:
With the help of break-through creative, the campaign raised awareness of the ev3
brand and helped position it as an innovative leader in the area of carotid stenting techniques and technology.
